17.01.2022 I am slowly starting to reopen my doors for grooms that are classed as welfare. If you feel that your dog is really starting to suffer due to not being groomed i.e. starting to or have already matted coats, Sore skin or allergies that will require specialised anti allergenic shampoos or nails that are starting to become discomfiting or causing the dog any pain. Please contact me directly and I will assess whether I can book your dog in. Thank you Meg

09.01.2022 COVID 19 UPDATE. Following confirmation from the Government that I can continue to work the following rules will be strictly followed from 23rd Nov. 1. No more than one household member permitted to drop your dog(s) off. Please wear a mask unless exempt.... 2. Dogs are to be handed over at the door. 3. All leads and collors will be immediately disinfected and stored on the outside of the gate area. 4. Dogs will be bathed immediately on arrival. 5. Timings are to be strictly adhered to which allows for correct cleansing of products and equipment between each client. Lateness will disrupt fellow clients. 6. Failure to attend an appointment will attract a 10 missed appointment charge unless 24 hours notice has been given. This will now be a regular policy and highlighted when booking. 7. Payment is now available via contacless payment with a 1 service charge added. 8. Please do not attend the salon unless you have an appoiment. 9. Please do not attend the salon if you or a household member are displaying symptoms or required to isolate. The salon has been deep cleaned during the last week and all equipment sterilised. If your dog has an urgent need for attention please let me know and I will prioritise where necessary. Please look after yourselves Meg
