25.01.2022 Very close to finishing this magnificent 65m2 entertainment area for our fantastic clients (Kerry & Simon) out in Pakenham. Its been an amazing transformation of their old undercover area and retaining walls. Melbournes Summer weather has made it very difficult :( Well done to Oscar/Max/Adam :)

25.01.2022 Deck Laid down on the Tootgarook Monster! Now to get the trusses up and the roof on! I hope Faye & Glen at "Country-Truss" sent us a mud-map of what goes where? Even the "Tradie-Pooch" is confused :)

24.01.2022 Well after 10 weeks the "Tootgarook Monster" has met its match! All that is left, in a few weeks time, is for Jenny & David to get a nice coat of sealer on it! :) Incredible work by my Team (Max/Oscar/Adam/Phil) and Tommy & the boys from Stephen& sons Plumbing, as well as Dylan from City-Edge-Electrical. We just received this message from our client " Hi Rob just wanted to thank you and your team in regards to the work at the apartment. We managed to sell it before Auction, at a good price, with short settlement! The Apartment looks amazing, the tiles in the bathroom, the new kitchen,floorboards,plaster,all look brilliant! 23.01.2022 What an Amazing Job the MDK Team did with this tired old pergola & deck for our clients Warren & Tarn out in the beautiful Dandenong ranges. It was an amazing transformation and the 160kg Merbau step set alone is the centrepiece of this build! Well done Max/Oscar/Adam :) Now ready for the roof :)

22.01.2022 Stand by followers for the most amazing new combined Deck & Vaulted roof veranda, for our fantastic new clients Jenny & David down at Tootgarook. It will be our biggest ever combination deck & roof, over 100m2. Judging by todays start our Lead Carpenter (Max) is like a kid in a sandbox and took over the Digger duties from Adsy and Oscar played site supervisor and tried to look official for the day! Like i mentioned stand by peoples.... :)

21.01.2022 Crib Point 2 Bed & new Bathroom is an hour or 2 away from Lock-Up :) Motoring along nicely for Graham & Kirsteen & the boys :)

21.01.2022 Now you see it..now you dont... Our project for our amazing clients in Rockbank is drawing to a close. A massive entertaining room/deck and 6mt swim-spa, all enclosed in a beautiful brick & timber room. :)

20.01.2022 As you know Melbourne Deck Kings also build the odd house or 2 :) These photos are of a full renovation of the front house and a complete new build in the backyard. The Talented team at M & M Building Projects P/L along with our MDK Team combined for this stunning project and were in&out in just over 4 months. Its easy when you have the best team of Tradies & Staff :) Well done Boys & girls :)

18.01.2022 This complete "Gut" & rebuild is coming along beautifully, just about ready for plaster & deck tiles! A delightful mix of new modern full glass Ally windows form Eagle Aluminium in Ferntree Gully and some decades old "French Doors" have given my clients Michael & Jayne the "Million $" views they both deserve in this extensive renovation in Upwey. Once again thanks to Niek from Uniek Constructions for the chop-out help to my team of trades :)

18.01.2022 Almost finished this removal of the old worn out pool deck and the new Deck & Pergola for our clients in Frankston Sth. What an affordable transformation to this "tired" old deck. :)

17.01.2022 Nearly finished one of our last 3 projects currently on the go! This beauty down in Crib Point for Sharon & Daniel is starting to look stunning, roof should be on tomorrow and the 2 room extension is being plastered today. My boys have been working tirelessly to get this project completed in around 5 weeks :) See everyone on the "Other" side. Cheers. Rob :)

16.01.2022 Another 2 bedroom extension for our great clients Kirsteen & Graham in Crib Point! Its 2 massive new bedrooms and a bathroom for their 2 sons. Lucky boys, these rooms are Huge! :)

15.01.2022 Im so proud of my Team. Branching into full internal renovations this year has provided this Gem in Sth Yarra. Thanks to Stephensons Plumbing & City Edge Electrical & LCM Plaster along with "Flat Pack Wizard" Ian Carter for their Help. Clients are stoked and it will sell quickly :) A magic result and I couldnt be prouder going into the Xmas Break.

11.01.2022 Rob and his crew come highly recommended. We added a one bedroom Tv room and vaulted pergola and decking to our house. From plans and permits to construction Rob organised it all. Thanks again Rob Max Oscar and Adam it was a pleasure having to on our building site

10.01.2022 MDK is working tirelessly through this really tough period to finish projects for our customers. We are practicing safe working practices and we have split the teams down to 2 regular tradies who are sticking together! Its a little uncomfortable for the lads and we are encouraging our clients to remain indoors during the work day. This is the biggest catch-22 in history... do I close down, leaving our clients with half finished projects? Do I start new work, providing the sit...e can remain "Client free" during the day? We all know that apart from the essential service workers, the construction industry is helping to keep the economy moving forward. I can only hope we all get over this soon and can all learn a valuable lesson for our future. Many thanks to : Max/Oscar/Adam/Phil for their tireless efforts in getting through the work. We have around 4-5 weeks left to complete current projects and I am working on future projects so that we all have jobs to come back to when this terrible chapter in our lives is over :( Stay safe and listen to our government warnings people. 10.01.2022 Just about completed our 2-room extension (Bedroom & Family retreat, along with a magnificent closed-in Veranda & deck. For our great clients Sharon & Daniel in Crib Point. It has been a joy to work on and all completed in record time (8 weeks). Thanks to my Team (Max/Ozzie/Adam) for their great effort :)

08.01.2022 This beautiful Merbau Deck/Vaulted Roof/ TV Room & Bedroom Extension Project is finished and ready to Entertain (When we can again :) ). It has had its first "wash-down" and will be ready to seal soon. Its turned out Perfect! :) Clients very happy :) Can you pick where the BBQ is going?

05.01.2022 Hi Guys! With the stage 4 lockdown in Victoria we have not been able to work on sites where the clients are still living there. To keep the crew busy we are actually building a new Rear-Occ development house. Im going to take all our followers through this build using Time-Lapse photography.
