01.01.2022 Wearing a mask is weird. It takes some getting used to. Its uncomfortable, the breathing can be weird - especially if you are already a bit anxious. The ear elastics or head band can be uncomfortable. You may have to retie it a couple of times. They can feel too small, too big or just too weird! The way you communicate with your facial expression, completely changes - watch the eyes for smiles. Be patient with yourself and your mask.
