23.01.2022 If you would like to work in the racing industry, or you want to improve your current riding skills, the Certificate III Racing (trackwork rider) will help you achieve your goals. It is possible to enrol in this course on a part time basis, and if you are currently working in the racing industry we can develop a customised timetable to suit your workplace requirements. The course is delivered with a blend of online and face to face practicals at our beautiful training facilit...y Northern Lodge in Eden Park / Beveridge. Our training centre has all the facilities of a Racing stables, providing the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment outside the workplace. We will be complying with all COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions such as social distancing luckily we have plenty of space on the hundreds of acres at Northern Lodge. There are intakes planned for Semester 1 (still accepting enrolments) and Semester 2 2021. 11.01.2022 Chris Nicoll wanted to become a jockey and his dream was realised after he completed the Track Riding Course at NMIT now known as Melbourne Polytechnic. He is currently living and working in WA and most recently rode a winner at Ascot in late January.

10.01.2022 There are many people working in the industry that came to us to learn. I am very privileged that a lot of them keep in touch and from time to time send me photos. Emily finished the track riding course in 2019 and was determined to get a job as a Trackwork rider. Her dedication paid off and she now works for Ellerton Zahra Racing. As you can see by the photos Emily really does love her job.

01.01.2022 Sometimes it takes a lot of patience and determination to achieve your goals and Danica definitely has these qualities. After finishing the Trackwork Riding course at Melbourne Polytechnic in 2018 she has continued to work in the racing industry and recently had her first jump out. She is now on her way to realising her dream of becoming a jockey.
