22.01.2022 Unleaded in a diesel car is no fun at all. We tried all our local go to places without success..some could have a look in a week or more..then a kind mechanic s...uggested googling wrong fuel in car and Melbourne Roadside Assist and Batteries popped up. Within a couple of hours, Jon was at our place and all the issues were quickly solved. I was really pleased with the price, given we are very outer metro and cannot thank Jon enough for getting the car back on the road in time for school going back tomorrow. 10.01.2022 Meet our newest Friend Sam, he owns a 2017 Impreza which unfortunately had a flat battery due to Covid 19 stay home go no where pandemic. Dead battery means no remote & unfortunately for Sam manual key wasnt working either, Sam called 6 dealers both in Melbourne & Sydney for support, the only support they gave him was to put it on a tow and bring it in but not until September 26th. Wow thanks for the input Subaru. We even had a service manager from Subaru Docklands saying that he couldnt help cause he didnt know the car very well. Once again WOW WOW great service guys. Sam called and asked if we could help, you know me I never say no off we went to help Sam 9pm on a Wednesday night. We opened his car & saved the day. Subaru Absolutely Hopeless. Drive safe
