25.01.2022 Hi All, A big shout out to Judith at Bodalla Nursery and Tammy at Blank Canvas Cafe at Bateman's Bay. These ladies very generously allowed us to exhibit metal sculpture at their places of business for the recent River of Art Festival. Thanks also to Sue and her River of Art Team for such an exciting, interesting and well-run 2016 event. It was an absolute pleasure to be involved. 17.01.2022 Hi everyone, This is Meld's inaugural post! We thought we would share a pic of our old, very sqeezy home workshop. It shows Peter (Snitz) cutting a sink with the plasma cutter to create our first milagro (more pix of that later). After several days hard work we are ready to move into our new, bigger workshop on the Tomakin - Mogo road. Its a fabulous space, we are thrilled to have it. ... Last Tuesday we travelled to Sydney to pick up some gear. We are now the proud owners of a 9kva generator and much bigger compressor. Both we got at very reasonable prices from two very nice gentlemen, Alec in Camden and Steve in the Oaks. Gumtree is a beautiful thing... So we are geared up and good to go. 06.01.2022 GREETINGS MELD FOLLOWERS! Yes, it's been a while since we posted any pix. Here's some more braziers Snitz and I completed. These have all gone to happy loving homes. Snitz is hanging up his welding goggles for a little while. He has very generously given Col and I all the Meld equipment and steel stock.... So watch this space for some new work. There is a steampunk Brazier in process for Bill and Christine Mahoney as we speak... Stay well and happy, y'all. Vicki
