20.01.2022 I just love what I do - here is just one part of my day. It's a balmy spring day - looking at highs of around 27 deg. Just perfect for a drive along the northern beaches, arriving to a magnificent view looking over Pittwater and Lion Island; meet a fun crowd of guests, photography crew and outdoor stylists before the most important part of the day where I oversee the marriage of a great couple. Congratulations to all !

13.01.2022 Summer Lovin' Life is about to go wild. Lots of love in the air with many weddings just around the corner waiting to happen. To all those fantastic couples I am about to marry over the next few months, and to those I am yet to meet, no doubt you are all getting excited, maybe even a bit nervous, but just remember all will be great on the day. Just call if you need any help at all. ... See you all soon. Mel x

10.01.2022 Well I have had the most amazing year so far. So busy :) Weddings at Dawn at Balmoral and Dusk on Sydney Harbour on the same day. Sparkling sun - yes rare .. but it did happen .. magical rain and all that it brings with it. A wedding at Bradley's Head found 150 guests juggling umbrellas and champagne while still enjoying a beautiful wedding. The great couple who laughed and cried (with joy) were very courageous and loved their day.... With all this rain, the best I can do is I embrace it and love it and reinforce to all who are there that nature is what is - so lets just enjoy it. This makes it a great event and everyone feels very special. March is looking wonderfully full with weddings .. I can't wait.

08.01.2022 I love these photos by Jodie McBride. The lighting in the trees has been captured right on dusk. The Bride and her party arrived by boat at McCarrs Creek. So serene! Beautiful and thank you to my bridal couple for a fun time wedding

04.01.2022 The time of day for a wedding? Traditionally Saturday afternoon. Why not consider other times & days. Daybreak on the water or brave the top of the Harbour Bridge. Noon in the shade of a fig tree in Botanical Gardens or Watsons Bay, maybe on a magnificent golf course. The afternoon; a whispering moment at Chowder Bay or Bradleys Head as passing boats cheer on. At dusk on Pittwater, the golden moon in the distance There are more I would love to share with you as your Celebrant. Happy Days
