10.01.2022 CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE PROTEIN BALLS Ingredients 5 scoops Arbonne Strawberry Protein Mix (1 1/4 cup) 1/2c GF Oats... 1/4c Unsweetened Almond Milk 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2c Agave Nectar or Honey CHOCOLATE DIP 2 Oz 70% Dark Cocoa bars (1/4c if using nibs) 1/2tsp coconut oil GRIND up oats in food processor or blender. MIX in with protein powder (if you feel it’s too soft, add a little powder) then... MIX wet ingredients (vanilla extract, almond milk and agave nectar/ honey) POUR and MIX with dry ingredients When mixed into soft consistency, ROLL up into bite size balls. Put in freezer while melting chocolate dip. CHOCOLATE DIP On low heat MELT coconut oil and cocoa Pull out protein balls from freezer and start dipping. FREEZE for 15 minutes. ENJOY!!!
