23.01.2022 Over the weekend, I travelled to North Queensland and joined my family to celebrate my sisters wedding. Everything was absolutely stunning, and it was wonderful to see my sister so happy, finally marrying her awesome husband. I'd also recommend getting up to Cairns and surrounding area if you get the chance, it's a whole new experience.

17.01.2022 This was my last wedding of 2014. It was so relaxed and joyful. Later in the evening, about 1000 Christmas Beetles joined the party in the form of a mini plague! Never have I had so many beetles all over me, in my hair, down my top, in everyones drinks; the perks of a rural wedding. :) It was also too hard to choose just one or two photos to show off. Can't wait to edit this one, and blog it!

03.01.2022 Matt and Katie are in serious personal and financial trouble after a freak accident in which Katie was a pedestrian crushed between two cars. She sustained severe nerve damage and has been in chronic pain every day, unable to shoot or work since the accident (14 months ago). Matt and Katie are amazing photographers that give so much to teaching and helping other photographers, and people in need. You can't imagine the trouble these guys must be going through, at no fault of ...their own, and like other photographers friends have mentioned, I would hope to have support from friends if I was in need. There are a few ways we can help, firstly there is a fundraiser, http://www.gofundme.com/mattkatie where you can donate some money and read further into their story. There is no too little or too much it will all help. A group of photographers have also put together an Instagram Auction, ,https://instagram.com/mattkatieinstaauction/ where you can bid on a bunch of awesome photography session, mentoring session, and other things, including a portrait session with me. There are session available in multiple locations, so if you aren't up here in the Gold Coast, there should be sessions near you to bid on.
