09.01.2022 See Principal Cellist Timo-Veikko 'Tipi' Valve perform Debussy’s mercurial and eloquent Sonata for Cello and Piano, recorded during our 2017 ACO Soloists tour. ...The sonata was written in 1915, three years before the composer’s death, and has been reimagined by Australian composer Jack Symonds in a special formation written for the ACO. 01.01.2022 One fine day.. A student asked "Hui, when will everything be done?" . I asked "you mean learning the violin?" . ... Student said "Yes" . I answered "There's no end to learning the violin. You will keep learning until your last breathe. You will learn more beautiful things". . Student was surprised then nodded . In summary, practice is a lifelong companion. You will go through hard and happy times together. The possibilities are endless because your growth as a human being is infinite as well. . We can be easily drawn by instant results and fixing the specific thing. While it is also important to pause and take a minute to appreciate every step of the way.
