24.01.2022 In today's press conference, VIC Premier Dan Andrews announced the following: METRO MELBOURNE HAIR SALONS Will REOPEN on 26 OCTOBER, with safety precautions, wh...en Metro Melbourne moves to the 3rd step of the roadmap. This will happen if there are under 5 COVID cases (statewide average over previous 14 days) and under 5 cases with unknown source (statewide total from previous 14 days). METRO & REGIONAL MELBOURNE BEAUTY BUSINESSES Will REOPEN on 23 NOVEMBER if there are no new COVID cases for 14 days prior statewide. 21.01.2022 I’m still operating at this point with all regulations in place. It’s not easy but my clients are worth it!! I’m just feeling blessed my salon is detached from my family home and I have an outdoor courtyard for clients who wish to process outside. I’m saying this because when the time does come and I’m forced to close please be aware I have most of my colour clients covered!! Yep that’s right! I’ve found time to run around and organise Pr...ofessional Home Colour Packs. These packs will include everything you’ll need to help upkeep your hair colour during this time of closure. I will be in touch with you directly the week your next appt is due. Please take note! These packs DO NOT help anyone that have foils or any prelightening services. They will be custom made for clients that require global coverage with professional tint only. Any concerns or appts please message me otherwise for all my clients that have future appts, I’ll contact you directly the week you are due. 18.01.2022 Today was a disappointing result for my business. I think the only way I can look at this is to realise how incredibly lucky I am to have a profession that isn't just a job. Being a hairdresser has never let me down, no matter how hard my world got when i walk through my salon door everything else falls away and my heart feels at peace, love and foremost creative. Loving on people and helping them feel beautiful and to take away their problems for even 5min is just an amazing feeling for me. There is a part of my soul that can only be filled by my work. It’s really one of my most greatest achievements and I only can thank all my clients for that. This isn't gonna be forever and I'll never take it for granted again. I’ll be in touch

It’s been over 25 years of you being one of my most loyal clients and friends. Not having you come for your appt today or me coming to visit you for the first time since you passed was really hard.
