Here’s what we trained today : *Always start every session with mobility stretches, can find this on my page highlights -... * Warm up 5 mins on static bike *Go on Bike for 12-20 mins doing 30 seconds working 85% and then rest for 30 seconds up until you reach upto 12 minutes or even 20 *8Mins on treadmill ; 1 minute jogging and then 1 minute sprints * 3 sets of 3 Min on the (stepping machine) not sure what it is called.... * Row for 1000 metres on Rower *5 Min skip - skip for 1 minute then rest for 45 seconds ABS WORKOUT * Normal plank for 45 seconds then rest and repeat 4 times *Side plank 3 sets of 1 minute *Abs roll out 3 sets of 8-10 * Decline crunch 4 sets of 10 #cardiotings #workhardplayhard #trainlikeanathlete #dedicationhasnolimitation @kingf1t
