19.01.2022 Come in to the farm this week for fresh oysters straight from Great Oyster Bay. October 10 will be our last day at Melshell Oyster Shack for the rest of this year. It is a tough business decision Ian and I have had to make and appreciate the support from Oyster Lovers far and wide. We would like to publicly thank Megan and Lex for sharing this crazy ride with us, your understanding and flexibility has kept us going. 10.01.2022 Gorgeous weather on Tassie's East Coast today warm and calm. We are working on some juvenile stock today moving them from deep water in Great Oyster Bay into the Swan River estuary. See the Melshell Golds we have been getting a few lately and have decided to pick them out and see if we get enough to offer as Melshell Gold dozens at the Oyster Shack this summer. They are Pacific oysters with an orange shell, they seem to be resilient and their condition superior during the year.
