23.01.2022 Wednesday Works Update Cleaning is underway of the pool hall with our automatic vacuum placed in the 25m pool today and contract cleaners working on the pool co...ncourse. Tile repairs have been completed and we are now filtering, heating and chemically treating ready all our pools. We would like to thank the crew from Aquatic Tiling Solutions for their speedy and professional work.

Refurbishment of the change room amenities will be completed today and include: Full refurbishment of the main change amenities including full ...replacement of all wall and floor tiles Introduction of new colours to compliment the floor and wall tiling adding to the enhanced user experience. 3 new enclosed shower cubicles in the Men’s change rooms (Previously shared open facility) All new shower cubicles included in all change amenities (change space with seat and hooks) for each individual shower. We have been advised that all works are to conclude today with final cleaning tonight in preparation for a Friday September 1st open date.

Swimming Victoria, with MSAC and the Victorian State Government, has just been announced as host of the Hancock Prospecting Australian Short Course Championships for the next three years. We’re thrilled, says SV CEO Jason Hellwig, and we’re planning on delivering an unparalleled experience for swimmers and spectators alike. As for Mack, he can’t wait. With a home Commonwealth Games, and now the chance to race against the best from Australia and around the world in my home pool in Melbourne in front of a huge crowd, it’s going to be a huge year for swimming! The 2018 Championships will kick off on Thursday 25 October with racing commencing the following day. Details on how you can be a part of it will be coming early in the new year.

09.01.2022 Urgent Works Update Today we were advised by City of Melton that due to some unforeseen circumstances the closure of our pools will have to continue for another... week. This extra time will allow contractors to complete the works including additional tiling in the pools and repair works to the rapid river. Melton City Council & Melton Waves Management apologise for the extended delay and any inconvenience caused. Our new opening date will be Monday the 19th of June 2017. Membership and Swim School payments that are currently suspended will have their suspensions extended.
