16.01.2022 Senior Presentation Night Firstly a big thank you to Tabcorp Park for hosting our night. Congratulations to all award winners from the 2019/2020 & 2020/2021 seasons. On Friday the club also took the time to present and honour three club legends Life Membership. Congratulations to Joy Gale, Duncan Harrison and David Kirk. ... Joy Gale - A previous winner of best clubman, many years of service on the committee and man many more years working the scorebooks across many years! Duncan Harrison - Coach, Clubman, Player, Supporter, Committee Member. Legend. All of which Duncs is! Duncan lead the charge during our glory years on and off the field! David Kirk - Extremely talented batsmen, exceptionally leader, fantastic man and a seriously good looking man! Kirky not only scored plenty of runs for the club but put many more hour into the club to keep it running. Words just dont do justice for the impact these 3 have had on the club, we wish you all the best for the future and hope to continue seeing you around the club Well done to all the individual award winners from the past two seasons, but a big congratulations to Matt Stead who has was named joint winner with Brad Jones of the Butch Gale Medal. The first time Steady has won the award capping off his stellar season! Great work Butchy and Ivanka for once again running the night and making it your own! We love your work

12.01.2022 REP AWARDS Congratulations to Jason Hibbert and Alex Kerr who on Friday Night were presented there rep awards! Jason won the 2019-2020 U18 WRJCA Batting Average with 202 runs @ 50.50... Within that JJ hit 100* round 1 against ISEC. Alex Kerr was the recipient of the U16 WRJCA Batting average with 254 runs @ 36.29 Great stuff boys!! Also stay tuned on all social media platforms for some big announcements to come.....

07.01.2022 Melton Cricket Club are looking to run a program for male & female participants in the age group of 5 to 13 years of age with an intellectual or physical disability. The program will run over eight Sunday mornings, followed by a sausage sizzle put on by the club. Your generous donation is tax-deductible through our partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation, and will help us to provide a hat, shirt and shorts to participants and purchase equipment so that the program c...an be at no cost to parents. 06.01.2022 Senior Coaches Announced. The Melton Cricket Club is excited to announce our Senior coaching panel for season 2020-21. Club stalwart Brad Jones will continue in his role as Head Coach of the Senior group overseeing the continued development of a squad comprising a blend of experienced & emerging local talent. ... Rising youngster Joel Mitchener joins the senior coaching group as an Assistant Coach taking charge of the club’s Fielding & Fitness program. Former club champions, coaches & premier players Ben MacRae (Batting) & Darren Cullen (Bowling) will return to the Den this season as Specialist Advisory Coaches.
