This was an epic time of my life where I did over 250+ Flights every year working with legends of the fitness industry all across the world. It was tough for sure...!! BUT worth every bit... 27.01.2022 Do you know your numbers? As studio owners it’s easy to get wrapped up in the day to day and be guided by emotion. We know this because we are studio owners and have opened over 180 F45 Studios and worked with hundreds of studio owners all over the world. ... As a bare minimum there are two key metrics that you MUST KNOW! What does one lead cost you and what does one member cost you. This is called you CPL (cost per lead) and CPA (cost per acquisition). So here is how you win the game. Get your CPA under the value of one weeks membership cost. If your membership is worth $60 per week and if you have a conversion rate of 33% then you need a CPL of $20 to break even. That means that you SPEND NO MONEY ON ADS because it all gets recovered within one week. So let’s break it down. $1500 per month on Ad Spend = 75 Leads / 3 = 25 sales. We would consider this a very moderate approach to your studio growth. Decrease your lead cost, increase your conversion then it’s game on. Just take a look how ex #sanjosesharks star @dsetoguchi10 from @f45_training_willowgleneast grew his studio to over 300 members during Covid. @brooksy_toronto from @f45yorkville has been one of if not the top performer in Canada for years. Our studio @f45_training_massey has been playing in the 400 club for two years. We have countless of examples of high performing studios and they all have these three things in common. 1. They don’t make excuses 2. They invest in growth 3. They know their numbers and scale accordingly. Play to win!

07.09.2021 Great day at the mall rounding off some Christmas shopping with the #ateam . After 150+ flights this year it’s SO good to spend some quality time with my family. This is one of the reasons why I work so hard and do what I do. It pushes me through endless nights in hotels, airport lounges and working every weekend. Looking forward to spending more time with @familyofmarais over the next couple of weeks.
