23.01.2022 This is a before and after of an old photo of my Grandparents that we have recently touched up. It was in pretty good shape to start with, just a bit of discolo...uration and a bit of fading. This touch up is a simple $15 job. You may have a number of photos that you have not restored because you think its too expensive. If the actual photo is not damaged, you could be surprised by how inexpensive it is to touch up. 12.01.2022 Many of you will have some time off over the school holidays and Spring Cleaning is often on the list of things to do. Chances are you will find some old tapes... or photos or other memorabilia that you simply cannot throw away. Weve come up with a few ideas and bits of info that may help you decide what to do. Holiday Tip #2 - Camcorder Tapes Take a look around your house. How many of your memories have you stored on those little video camera tapes? The film used on these tapes is very fragile an these tapes all have a shelf life. Unfortunately, there is no recovery process and your memories can be lost forever. In a lot of cases, the camera you used is no longer working and theres no way you can view them any more. Maybe its time to act? Until the end of April, we are still converting camcorder tapes to DVD for $40 each (discounts for 10 or more tapes). Unfortunately, thanks to rising costs our prices are set to increase on 1st May.
