Word of warning: Hot Pot is going to be featuring in abundance on my feed this winter so watch out! The spicy broth here left my mouth tingling and numb for a good portion of the night Quality of meat was great, there were some good fatty cuts of wagyu, and some juicy pork strips courtesy of Barbie I also added a few first to my list her...e - chicken feet and tripe. Both not as bad as I had thought. Chicken feet just tastes like chicken, its just that intial barrier of eating feet that I needed to get past.
