24.01.2022 We had our first family Christmas service yesterday at 10am and it was an absolute blast with Infinity Kids Look how happy Mary and baby J were! If you missed it, don’t worry!! There is no need to cry guys It is happening again on Christmas Eve at 4pm! LIVE ACTION PLAY + FOOD TRUCK + FARM ANIMALS + FAMILY FUN... Our Family Christmas Services are for everyone of all ages to enjoy together. We’ll join Mary and Joseph as they make their way through Bethlehem, and see what the townspeople think of the BIGGEST, bestest, most brilliant news they’ve ever! At church, we’ll have a professional food truck onsite to purchase a meal after the service, as well as fun activities for the kids. Everyone is welcome! 23.01.2022 Ohh my goodness! :D We have been having an absolute blast with Summerfest this week If your kids haven't been able to come- that is totally fine! We still have one more day TOMORROW!! 23.01.2022 Hello again to all the Infinity Kids parents! How great was our family service last weekend at 10am! Massive shout out to the wonderful Couri family. It was super encouraging to hear from you guys! This Sunday we will be doing the same style! 10am service will be one big epic family service! ... Here a few tips and tricks for families (seriously! some great tips here): - Open your Bibles with your children and read along with them as the Bible is read on screen. - Sing the songs to God together with gusto (and actions if you are game) - You can even explain some of the song lyrics to the kids! - A healthy snack and drink might be a good idea for the kids too so that you can listen to the sermon with a minimum of distraction. Just remember that the sermon is still aimed at the adults! But don't forget that you can use the attached link to download and print the pages for your children before the service starts and use during the sermon (this way your children can engage in age appropriate learning during the sermon) That's it from us this week! 19.01.2022 KIDSPACE CANCELLED TOMORROW Yesterday the Premier set out new rules rules for church meetings. The meeting of KidSpace and Comets back on our premises would not contravene those rules, and we have put in place a stringent risk assessment. Nevertheless, in light of the current resurgence of the COVID-19 virus, and concerns expressed by some of our members, we have decided it would be best not to go ahead with the recommencement. Although we recognise that this may be disappoi...nting to many, we have made the hard decision not to recommence KidSpace and Comets this weekend. 19.01.2022 Hi everyone! We are sooo thankful to God for the easing of restrictions As a result, from this weekend (1/11) KidSpace will now start at 10AM The doors to KidSpace and Comets open from 9:45am (Please note the time change)... This means that prior to 9:45am, only the Infinity Kids Team will be allowed in the Hall. If you arrive earlier than 9:45am, could you please keep your kids with you. There is also now no need to pre-register your kids (or yourself). However, we still want to emphasize that we will be following all necessary Covid Safe practices! So parents, can you please plan your arrival to church with enough time to drop your children off at the marked entrance from 9:45am with enough time to sign yourself in and be seated at church by 10am this weekend

09.01.2022 KIDSPACE IS BACK!! Every Sunday from 10am we run a program at Menai Anglican Church where families with kids in nappies through to year 8 can come along and hear all about the God of the Bible in an age appropriate way! This morning we talked about how God pours out his love on us and so we are overflowing with his love too!

Because of our Father in heaven, who knows what we need and does provide for us- Jesus invites us to trust him! ... Does your family trust Him?

04.01.2022 Hi everyone! KidSpace looks a little bit different tomorrow as we are saying goodbye to our Senior Minister, Bruce and his wife, Judy! So at 11am we have a farewell event for KidSpace + Parents. There's a special program so that families can come to church together. An RSVP would be super helpful for planning. On Monday 23rd of November we are having a: ... water night! There will be a slip n slide, ice blocks and of course water balloons We will be kicking off at the church at 5:30pm and finishing at 7pm. 01.01.2022 Yaaay!! exciting news We’re excited to be re relaunching our face to face Infinity Kids programs! The following programs are returning at the church building: KidSpace Kindergarten Year 8 only (hang in there, parents of under 5’s - we’re hoping to have Comets back very soon)... Sundays: Drop off 9:30-9:45am, Pick up 11:15-11:30am Restarting 23rd August (that’s tomorrow) BoySpace and GirlSpace Years 3-6 Mondays 5:30-7pm $10 for the term, afternoon tea only (no dinner) Restarting 24th August AllStars K Yr 6 Fridays 4:30-6pm $10 for the term, afternoon tea only (no dinner) Restarting 28th August PlaySpace Returns from Monday 24th August. More details will be on the relevant Facebook groups, or contact Mary if you have any questions. As you know, these programs will run a bit differently due to COVID regulations and safety measures. Here’s what you need to know! Read carefully : Upon arrival: Please use the main church entrance doors when you arrive. We'll check everyone’s temperature at the door. Parents will need to say goodbye at the church doors to reduce the number of people coming inside. Pickup: when picking your children up, please wait outside the main church entrance doors (and remember to keep 1.5m from others). Social distancing: Our leaders will maintain physical distancing between themselves and from the children when possible. Government and diocesan advice indicates that children won’t need to be kept distanced in the same way, however we’ll run our activities with distancing included wherever possible. Hand hygiene: on top of our usual cleanliness practices, we’ll have hand sanitiser available and will ensure everyone is washing their hands as necessary. We’ll also be increasing our cleaning of high-touch surfaces. Masks: Face masks aren't mandatory, and the current government advice does not recommend masks for children under 12 years old. If your children have any cold/flu like symptoms, please stay at home. We'll look forward to seeing you again when you're symptom free! The Infinity Kids team have really missed seeing the children each week and we’re excited to meet together again. If you and your children aren’t ready to return to in-person programs, or you’re in a vulnerable category, we are here to give suggestions on how to help your child engage with parts of the church service and how to read the Bible with your children as well as provide resources.
