20.01.2022 Another day!! Complete engine R&R of this little bobcat so she lives another day! Full access to some pretty awesome reconditioned engines so the turn around time is very quick. ... Can’t wait to hit the key and get it back to the customer so they can carry on with their day to day work!!!

19.01.2022 Why buy new parts when you can rebuild the old??? Reseal and new planetary gear set for this Hitachi ZX240... We can do the job from start to finish with access to track press gear, parts suppliers etc. ... These guys are Great customer of MPR and I’m always happy to help.

17.01.2022 Another rebuild! CAT drive motor had internal issues with oil bypass etc. Found the issue with a broken bearing retainer, and then in turn the shaft seal had blown out. Full motor re seal and lapped pistons. ... New bearing and bushes in the reduction and all good to go again .

14.01.2022 There she goes!!! Off and back to customer with rebuilt engine ready to rock and roll... Big thanks to Ben Herbert for the massive effort put in to get it all together.

13.01.2022 Another pump rebuild and re seal! This is off a Kubota KX91-3... Pump was haemorrhaging oil and was slow. Full re build and run up - ALL OK . Save massive $$$ by just rebuilding, no need for a new pump!!!!..

11.01.2022 Complete engine and cabin wiring harness change out. Machine had a fire on board !! Massive job but all done and working perfectly!!. New tracks fitted also and it’s ready to get back into it !!!

10.01.2022 Mended Plant has added something to their toolkit! Best tool I’ve ever had . Just trying to keep up with the cyber world .

10.01.2022 Pretty cool job site!!!! Machine had a fault with the tilt hitch circuit. Diagnosed it to be a faulty relay in the directional circuit. Replaced with onboard parts and off they went again!!

07.01.2022 Had a good customer of MENDED PLANT REPAIRS contact us about his old retired excavator to see if we could bring it back to life.... Been sitting in a paddock for 4yrs because of a hydraulic pump issue... Stripped her down and found the issues, ordered parts through an awesome supplier that never lets us down! Rebuild and send it on it’s way ... Happy to rebuild any hydraulic component to save buying new!!!! Save $$$$$$$$$$$$$....

06.01.2022 Something a little left of field!! Fitted up a tipper body today with all hydraulics, welding and electrical circuits! Pretty awesome set up and I was only to happy to make it happen for the customer!.

05.01.2022 Playing our part again in a massive local project! Always pretty special playing a part in a local project where you can make a difference to your home town!!. Something different here though, was asked to work on this huge poly welding machine and gen set that had some pretty tricky issues!. Diagnosed it, got the parts and got her all running again!! The job can continue!!!! Very grateful to be asked to be a part of it! Thanks to all on site that did spread the positive word around about MPR and once again we were stoked to get it sorted for all involved.

03.01.2022 Another use for the stickers!!! Got heaps left! MPR is heading for a re brand in the new year so heaps to get rid of. ... I have stubby coolers, business cards, coasters, stickers! I’m out of shirts and hoodies so don’t ask haha. Stay tuned for the new year and the facelift!. Thanks again for everyone’s support.

01.01.2022 Bobcat became very erratic and jumpy to operate. Found the main hydraulic pumps under the cab have split apart and dropped a massive amount of oil. Topped up, re fit o-ring and Torque the pumps back together and it lives another day!!
