25.01.2022 In preparation for the 2020-2021 bush fire season, we are conducting a bush fire drill on Tuesday, 24th November at 12midday to our selfrelocation site at Mendooran Mechanics Institute Hall. Please be aware a siren and announcement of a bush fire assembly will audible at that time. Students and staff will walk to and from the hall and cars will be available to transport students with special needs if required. This is an important step to ensure bushfire readiness for our students and staff to reinforce familiarity with our procedures.

12.01.2022 National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. Today our Secondary students watched the "Five Questions - for a deeper perspective" interview that was livestreamed from the Kimberwalli (the Aboriginal Centre for Excellence in Western Sydney). When we come together to build mutual respect and understanding, we shape a better future for everyone!

04.01.2022 We are currently looking to gauge interest of families who may like to purchase a suggested new school jacket. Many students like the jackets the Equestrian Team wear. They are super warm with a thick, anti-pill polar fleece lining inside and a durable, wind proof and water repellant outer layer. They have velcro-elastic adjustable cuffs and also boast a hideaway hood for those extra cold days! Estimated but not confirmed price of approximately $70. Please call Rebecca Sciberras in the Front Office to register your interest and number of jackets for your family. The cut off date is JUNE 11th.

03.01.2022 Our Year 11 and 12 Primary Industries students recently completed one week of mandatory work placement. We are very appreciative of the time these businesses have put into our students to further develop their agricultural work skills.
