Have warm fluids and have them often. Not only is hydration important for all cellular functions for lubricating your lungs! Reduce your stress levels. Whether it's partying to hard or not shutting off your screen at night before bed, see if you can lower one stressful thing in your life right now. Move your body. Exercise helps to flush out toxin build up therefore going to put a lot less pressure on your immune system to try and get rid of it some other way. It's all about refining and optimizing your health now so you don't have to work on serious health issues later on. ...
