24.01.2022 Working Bee 182 South Beach Rd, Bittern Saturday, December 12. It is finally time to celebrate our success in containing the Corona virus and what better way than to have a WORKING BEE. I know most of you will be very excited to both get together with your fellow land carers and to partake in some important environmental work after such a long hiatus.... Our welcome back working bee will be on December 12 at Barbara Long’s, 182 South Beach Rd, Bittern. We will start at 9.00 and finish at 12.00. In this brave new world you will need to register so please advise by return email of your intended attendance. Spots are limited so don’t delay! As the work will mainly involve the removal of weeds around her wetlands please bring garden forks and mattocks and your usual safety gear. Due to social distancing we will not be providing coffee, water or cake so please ensure you have whatever refreshments you may require. Looking forward to seeing you all again and ending our year on a positive note. Regards Murray Goddard President Merricks Coolart Catchment Landcare Group
