16.01.2022 My sincere apologies for the long break of classes. It's been sooo long and l miss you all and the workouts. I had the most amazing time in Hawaii with my beautiful family and then when l got back l had to go to hospital to remove my tonsils and have surgery inside my nose . I am on strict doctor's orders to rest to recover for 2 weeks so as soon as Term 4 starts back so do we.... The first class back will be on Monday October 3rd at the usual time of 9.15am. Can't wait to see you all and get our bodies summer ready xxxx

06.01.2022 This is exactly how l felt after our Metafit class this morning . I was definitely feeling the burn from no exercise in 6 weeks... Can't wait for next Mondays class. It's a new track and it's a toughie

For the first class starting on Monday 11th July at 9.15am the price will be an introductory price of $5 each instead of the usual $10..
