19.01.2022 We were privileged to be a part of the Paganin House restoration in Floreat, the iconic modernist home designed by famed architect Iwan Iwanoff. The home burnt down in 2015 and the owners were determined to rebuild. Paul was responsible for restoration and steel work on the front balustrades, the dining table and the footings on the dining room timberwork. You can see his part in the restoration on the program attached at 42min 16secs .

12.01.2022 300kg gate to underground car park installed last week. Thanks to Tompkins Hiab for the delivery and careful lift into place.

12.01.2022 Internal balcony added to the mezzanine to give easier access to the upstairs balcony. All lifted by hand up two levels and assembled on site. Not quite finished yet , can now measure for the replacement cabling and small extra handrail.

09.01.2022 Finally got the TV box in today that sits on the other side of the rammed earth wall from the fire surround. It just needs an on site paint and will be good to go.
