19.01.2022 I shared in the Sunday message that churches in the US are doing thousands of times more than I’m seeing in some other places. I wasn’t exaggerating and it wasn’t national pride, or judgement. This is just one church that I pastored just before migrating here. With 4,000 lbs of food you’d think they’re a mega church, but they’re not. They’re a small church of about 60-80 in attendance. This community of 2-300,000 has several hundred of these small churches, with hund...reds of years of working together to make difference in community. At John Wesley Church most of us are from Methodist traditions around the world where under the Methodist (and Christian more importantly) banner, a magnanimous difference was made in times like these. Not everyone is in the position of helping. Not all churches have programs, but the Love of God is found in most Christians. - Len

Pastor Kent is also a brother to our own Karen Hotchkin, and grandson of The Founder of the Wesleyan Methdodist Church Kingsley Ridgeway.
