07.01.2022 Helpful hints to keep colds away. Wear a scarf when your outside. Drink warming teas like Chai or cinnamon and lemongrass. Avoid raw salads and instead bake your vegies. Make a bowl of Miso soup if you feel like your coming down with a cold or feeling run down.... Traditionally in European culture and in Cyprus we make Chicken, Lemon and Egg (Avgolemono Soup). Rest if you feel tired or are noticing the first signs of a cold. Resting will decrease the severity and duration of your cold. Wash your hands thoroughly.
