21.01.2022 STUDIO POLICY . Just reminding our clients of a few points in our studio policy as there have been a couple of things lately that need revisiting. . Please do not bring children to your appointment. As you are unable to watch them while reclined in the brow chair and as I am focused on you, nobody is watching them.... . Please be on time for your appointment. I am booked back to back and can't afford to run late. If you are late, your treatment will be affected, not the next client's. . You have up until 48 hours to reschedule/cancel your appointment to avoid fees. Please do not message or call me to cancel your appointment after the 48 hour mark just because you don't want to pay the fee. An email/SMS reminder is sent out exactly 48 hours before your appointment so if you are cancelling your appointment after this time, it's already too late. . Just a few extra things to note regarding tattoo appointments while we are here.... . When booking your tattoo appointment please read your confirmation email and click on the link in the email to fill out your online forms and pay your deposit. No deposit, no appointment. To avoid your appointment being cancelled, please do this as soon as you book. If you can't find your confirmation email, try in your Junk/Spam inbox. . Also, as I am booking out quickly please book your Perfection Session appointment at the same time as booking your Original Session to ensure you get sn appointment in the 4-8 week time frame. . Lastly, please read your Reminder email and follow the "Pre-care" for your appointment. I have had too many clients lately arrive for their appointments unprepared for their procedure. There are... specific preparations the client needs to do pre-procedure to ensure best healed results of thier tattoo. Preparation information is in your confirmation email. . 3. If you have been previously tattooed in the area you wish to be re-tattooed, please send pictures. If I have not seen and approved your correction no matter how faded you think it is, if I cannot correct it you will be turned away on the day of your procedure and your appointment will incur the late cancellation fee. . 4. If you book a tattoo appointment online, despite securing it with your card details, your appointment will not be held without the online eligibility form and deposit. 16.01.2022 Photo of this stunning tint sculpt for attention. . ATTENTION: Tomorrow I am attending an all day course so will not be responding to any calls or messages. This will be my 3rd cosmetic tattoo course for the year as I believe it's important to always be upskilling to give my clients the very best work. . Due to this and after comparing my current prices in my local area, I will be having a slight price increase of my services. These courses aren't cheap and neither is my work... and it has also come to my attention that home salons in my area charge more than I do for services without the shop overheads I have. My prices have not increased since opening my business (I have only had specials) so along with rising costs of products, tools etc, it's time I rise my prices slightly to match. . Price increase will be affective 1st of October and will not affect any appointments that are secured before this date. . Well, let this ease your mind. (Swipe) . Please do not book your original tattoo session at the end of March which will mean you cannot have your perfection ...session until I'm back from my time off, which is too long a wait. If you do not book your perfection session at the same time as booking your original and cannot fit it within 8 weeks, it will become a refresher and price will differ. . REFRESHER TATTOOS: If you have a refresher due while I am away I will extend your refresher date to allow you to book upon my return if you wish to book after my time off. . If you have already booked an original tattoo appointment or refresher and have not paid a deposit, please do so ASAP as your appointment will not be held without it.
