13.01.2022 *Limited release of Armenian Graves at Springvale Botanical Cemetery* The existing Armenian area at Springvale Botanical Cemetery has completely sold.... In response to identified community demand, we have released a new area. Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust is delighted to offer these graves to the Armenian community. Located within the prestigious Pines area, these graves are only two rows from the existing Armenian area. We are able to offer this exclusively to the Armenian community until the end of July. After this time, the area will become available to the general public, and we anticipate there would be high demand. Purchases made as soon as possible before the end of June, will have the current financial year price applied ahead of the 1 July price increase. Note, that arrangements have been made with your community leaders that If more than half the row is sold to the Armenian community, we will be able to allocate the entire row of 67 graves to your community. $4,525 per grave (full monumental) (does not include interment costs) 20% deposit to secure position ($905) 12 month payment terms To speak with someone from the Church Council or arrange an appointment, please call Church Office on 03 9836 1194

05.01.2022 As part of our continued services, we would like to advise that it is recommended that all funeral service attendees are kept to immediate family only, these rules are industry wide. If we do not adhere to these rules passed on from the Victorian Government, then fines of up $100,000 will be faced. We also note that function rooms for wakes are all closed down, and so are many community halls. We understand that it is a very hard and stressful time as it is, but if we work together we will be able to get through this together #supportsmallbusiness
