07.01.2022 I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately & for good reason! Earlier this year I decided to take my love of food & health one step further & continue my studies in human nutrition it was the best decision & a long time coming! I’ve already learned so much which perfectly complements our work at MG Food Co to make simple, nutritious food that doesn’t compromise on flavour It’s taken some time to settle into a new routine (and dust off my !) so I apologise if I am a little slow to reply to DMs & emails.
