22.01.2022 Vale Trevor "Bluey" Lambert - MHS 1989 With heavy hearts we share the passing of Trevor "Bluey" Lambert. Trevor was a key member of the MHSOB 1st XVIII football and 1st XI cricket teams.... He was part of the MHS 1st XI cricket team that went on the 1989 overseas cricket trip where the staff members were Peter Wood and Warren Fall. Survived by his wife and six children, family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Bluey: 10:30am, Thursday 15th April 2021 Whitehaven Receptions, Cnr Glenburnie & Wallan Roads, Whittlesea. These 3-hour online sessions are designed to support current Year 11 and 12 students with SAC preparation and Unit 3 Revision. ... 16 comprehensive sessions - from English Argument Analysis to Specialist Mathematics and everything in between - are available throughout the coming week. Hosted via Zoom, each session is delivered by recently graduated Old Boy(s) with advanced and specialist knowledge in that subject. Registration is essential. He became a legendary music teacher at the school enhancing the standard of music and bringing to many students a fresh appreciation of music.... 01.01.2022 Vale - Mr Grant Wallis MHS Music Teacher Sadly, I must inform the MHS Community that Mr Grant Wallis, one of the school's longest serving Instrumental Music teachers and Coordinator of the MHS Ceremonial Military band has passed away after a long illness. Grant has suffered from ill-health for several years and his death in not COVID-19 related.... Grant will be fondly remembered by generations of MHS students as a dedicated and respected music teacher and a loyal and friendly colleague and friend. On behalf of the MHS Community, I have passed on our sympathies and respect to his family and offered them support.
