This year's industry baking competitions, like everything else in 2020 have been rescheduled but thankfully next week we get to take part in The Perth Royal Show Awards. We are excited to be entering a few new recipe flavours that our specialist savoury teams have been busy working on this year, it's all top secret but keep following over the next few weeks for updates! Whilst you, our custo...mers, are the best judges, at last year's Great Aussie Pie Competition a new Miami Bakehouse pie flavour was entered and met with an Award we could only have dreamt of. We were so ecstatic to see our Vegetarian Pie entry - Peri Peri Vegetables win the Best Vegetarian Pie in Australia award! This year, as we continued to hero local, fresh veggies in all our pie recipes, we are humbled that this pie has been given so much love and has customers coming back for more, so thank you! Packed with veggie goodness: Zucchini, pumpkin, capsicum, potato, onion, garlic and ginger with a smoky paprika & peri peri flavour recipe, it really is a veggie winner!
