Phase 3: Launch Phase 4: Post-Launch Let’s run through the four phases Phase 1: Pre-Pre Launch This is where we start pushing the message out to the market that we are going to be launching the business soon. We start asking people to learn more by signing up for a $10 or $20 gift card when we launch, so it incentivises them to purchase During this stage we get around 1000-3000 leads. We do this through paid advertising nothing massive about $50-100 over a 1-week span. Phase 2: Pre Launch During the pre-launch we’re pushing harder into the market by posting more and more content on ALL social media platforms, facebook, Instagram, and the likes. This combines with phase 1 traffic we have an adspend of about $10 per day here. Phase 3: Launch We start off with our advertising budget small about $15-20 a day. We launch the store and send off our launch sequence e-mails, get people coming into the store from the list we have built, and get some initial traffic pumping through the door, see which products perform well, which don’t, we blast our socials so that everyone who is interested knows we’ve launched and remember their discount codes from phase 1? Phase 4: Post-Launch Now that we’ve done and generated our sales from our launch, its time to promote the business evergreen, and maintain momentum throughout, within the sales we generated from the launch. When you combine this, you have the perfect force to get started and have a FAST-profitable business within JUST 30 days Now, the hardest step here might not be what you think its not the launch It’s actually the Pre-Launch This also includes the entire buildout of your store the post-launch just involves further optimising your already well-optimised store because quite frankly Ever tried building a mansion on poor foundations?
