25.01.2022 Are you an Outlook user? Did you know that you can set up email templates in Outlook? If you're like me and you send lots of emails that contain the same or similar information, this could save you a lot of time! To set up a template:... open a new email give your email a subject compile the body of the email click 'file' and 'save as' give your template a name choose 'outlook template (*.oft)' from the 'save as' drop down type save it and take note of where it is saved Now every time you need to send the same email, all you need to do is open the file, fill in the recipient and send it off.

05.01.2022 Finding it hard to be organised? The busier you get, the more difficult it becomes to remember all of the tasks that you need to complete. Making a habit of creating a "to do list" will ensure that none of your tasks are forgotten and all of your deadlines are met. Making a "to do list" can be as simple as writing a list and crossing each item off as it is completed or it can be more complex, such as creating a list of tasks in project management software where you can give e...ach task a due date, make it dependant on another task being completed or even assign your task to someone else in your team to complete it for you. Personally, I like to keep my "to do list" in outlook. Every task is colour coded and given a due date with a reminder set. This ensures that none of those pesky tasks, bills or due dates are missed and I can always plan my day, week or month in advance.
