24.01.2022 Fiona and Ranjeet chose a top Adelaide Hills location for their wedding. This is the first time I have photographed here and I was impressed with this beautiful historic home and gardens. The mature gardens provided a lovely setting for a post-wedding photo shoot with the mansion as a backdrop. The blue chevrolet looked right at home in the driveway. This stylish couple were a pleasure to photograph in the late afternoon sunshine before joining their guests at the reception. I would definitely recommend Auchendorrach House as a great Hills reception venue.

23.01.2022 Clients tell me they love my rammed earth studio for it's ambience and beautiful outlook. I built this Studio 4 years ago and still feel a sense of pride when people visit. It is always a pleasure to meet with couples in this special space, chatting over a cuppa and getting to know each other. Opposite the sitting room is my editiing space and an area for shooting indoor portraits. Step out onto the verandah for direct access to a dressing room and bathroom. Building this studio space was a perfect addition to my boutique photography business.

20.01.2022 I do love a country wedding. The day started for me at Melissa's farmhouse to capture the excitement of getting ready. The wedding was conducted in a nearby old church in Monarto. The smell of gum trees greeted the newly weds as they emerged into the sunshine. A drive on backroads took us back to the farm for pictures amongst the crops and ruins - with an old red aeroplane adding to the drama. Not to be outdone by an aeroplane, a tractor completed the entrance to Melissa's and Brett's reception which was charmingly held in the old Woolshed on the property.

17.01.2022 This was a gorgeous wedding to photograph! Jo and Brad chose an iconic Adelaide Hotel - The Richmond in the heart of the city to prepare, stage their wedding then celebrate in the very stylish Richmond Hotel restaurant on the first floor. The bridal party and myself took a walk literally out the back door of the hotel after the ceremony to all the landmark locations on North Tce for a memorable bridal party shoot. These beautiful historic buildings were the perfect backdrop for Jo and Brad's wedding style which had a distinctive vintage feel. After saying my goodbyes to this gorgeous couple, I left the reception in full swing, guarding my precious bag on the walk to my car feeling totally exhilarated. ( note to self - a nifty park in full sun can end up being a scary park in a dark alley 7 hours later. )

15.01.2022 This was a stand-out wedding which included beautiful countryside, plenty of history , terrific people and some very big cows. The pre- wedding preparations took place in historic homes in Angaston before driving onto the charming village of Bethany and it's famous church for the nuptials. Zoe arrived in a vintage blue/grey Riley with the church bell tolling. After capturing the excitement of post -wedding congratulations, the bridal party with myself travelled to the family diary property for some winter scenic photography. It was a race to dodge the rain then a stampede of curious cows before the wintry light succumbed to an early dusk. The Wanera Wine Bar in Angaston was the perfect reception venue for this wedding - charming, historic, rustic, stylish and WARM.

15.01.2022 Lisa & Mathew chose the perfect venue for their wedding. Our day started in lovely Strathalbyn where Lisa and her bridesmaids prepared before arriving at Currency Creek in a limousine. The nuptials were conducted under a 100yr old gum tree with a stunning rural backdrop. Afterwards, guests enjoyed the relaxing surrounds, while the bridal party had pictures taken among the vinyards and trees, even finding time for a spot of golf! The reception took place inside this iconic landmark winery that has been newly decorated with a rustic elegance, enhanced by Lisa and Mathew's personal style. This was a memorable wedding for me to photograph - thanks guys - you were brilliant!

08.01.2022 We chose a sunny day amongst the first flush of spring daisies for baby Estelle's first family portrait.. Surrounded by the ' joys of spring', it was such a pleasure to capture these images for posterity.

05.01.2022 I am lucky to be asked to capture images of Jordan and Fiona's family on a regular basis. It's lovely to watch their children growing and changing. This time we chose historic gardens in the city.

05.01.2022 This beautiful wedding took place in a historic garden in the Adelaide Hills. Spring flowers and sunshine were the backdrop to Samara and Hamish's nuptials in front of family and friends. This lovely mood continued as we 'took a turn' around the gardens to capture memorable images and generally relax before arriving in style at Belair Park Country Club for the reception.

04.01.2022 Ruby and James Wedding took place at one of my favourite locations - Anderson Hill Winery near Lenswood. This place has it all - great wine and food, rolling vineyards, nearby forest for magic photos, resident dog (famous in his own right) and views that go for miles. Ruby and James added romance, dancing, a great crowd and their own special style in the form of a vintage country theme. An unforgettable wedding!

02.01.2022 My clients often opt for outdoor photography - the kids are happy and there are plenty of natural settings amongst the gum trees. This is old grazing country with views over the hills and 80 year old gum trees. The indoor studio is on- site if needed which gives us the best of both worlds.
