21.01.2022 If I’m at the track I’m either smiling or crumpled on the ground somewhere in agony Caught here in one of my better moments

20.01.2022 Loving being back over hurdles again It’s taken a while but so worth it to be back doing what I love pain free! Can’t thank my team enough for all the hard work that’s been going on behind the scenes

19.01.2022 Would have liked a little more tonight but I carried an injury into these championships which got the better of me tonight. Still incredibly proud of how I performed and 19th in the world is pretty amazing! Also a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped me get to the start line these championships!!! Pictured here are just a few of the legends from our Aussie medical team who worked tirelessly to make this happen

18.01.2022 Happy Friday everyone

15.01.2022 It’s been a tough couple of months managing injury but I’m finally starting to come back! Huge thanks to Nathan and his team at Sydney Sports Physio and Rehab for looking after me and getting me back moving again Thanks to them I have my first race in Europe today! Excited to be taking a step in the right direction

12.01.2022 A few of my rehab exercises which will hopefully get me back over hurdles soon! Last year I sustained injuries to my ankle and back which I’m still coming back from but I’m getting a little better every day and working hard to get myself ready to race in 2021

08.01.2022 10 years ago!!! This race is still one of my absolute favourites because it kicked off a life of athletics I never saw myself in. This was my first taste of international competition and I was hooked from the first moment. I honestly don’t know if I would still be competing today if it wasn’t for this event. The silver medal was just the cherry on top for me, the people and the great times we shared was what made it an experience I will cherish forever! ... Enjoy the baby faces

07.01.2022 Congratulations Nick and Penny! Thanks for letting us be a part of your special day #HoughNickedaPenny #HoughilyEverAfter

05.01.2022 Winners are grinners Another consistent race with 13.15 to win in Ninove last night. Fellow Sydney Uni Athletics Club hurdler Nick Hough also won his race #SUAC #TargetTokyo

04.01.2022 Can’t wait to race in Puma’s new evoSpeed Tokyo Brush spikes

03.01.2022 Pretty gutted to hear Australia will only be sending athletes they think can make a final to the next World Junior Championships. It seems pretty crazy to me to be depriving so many athletes of a meaningful competition and pathway. I know for a lot of aspiring young athletes including myself back in the day, World Juniors is an amazing opportunity which motivates athletes at an age when a lot drop out of the sport. I really hope for the sake of all our up and coming athletes and for the development of athletics in Australia this decision is reconsidered.

03.01.2022 Post training feels Thanks to my training partner for catching me hot and sweaty after my last rep today
