Often the work of equality feels like a fight as leaders either work to change the system or work (often unconsciously) to defend the status quo. I love Emma Watsons perspective as seeing this as a spectrum rather than opposing ideals.... How could we make more progress if we saw ourselves on the same spectrum and working towards an enabled world?
