24.01.2022 Whos up for a challenge?? I needed a sign to get back running on the treadmill and what better way to do it then to support an amazing charity! Run for Autism... Autism Spectrum Australia are doing the Run for Autism..... You have 8 days to either complete; 10km, half a marathon (21km) or a full marathon (42km).. or you can create your own goal.. You can participate on your own or as part of a team! The challenge runs from Sunday 1st November 2020 - Sunday 8th November 2020! I know as few runners out there.. so let me know who is interested in getting fit and raising money and awareness for a fabulous charity!

The Accountability Challenge starts tomorrow for the month of May 2021... so if you are taking part there are only 3 x things you need to do!! 1. Make sure you tell Michelle your participating 2. Make sure Michelle has your email address - if not send it though and then stay posted to your emails tonight for information!... 3. Get ready to set goals and be ‘Accountable’ for the month of May 2021!! Let’s do it!

20.01.2022 I can’t believe it is almost Christmas time!! Where has this year gone? With the count down to Christmas on.. here are a few little updates for you all! 1. Our Last Ladies Fitness Classes will be on - Thursday 17th December 2020 (this includes Zoom and outdoor Bootcamp)... 2. Our First Ladies Fitness Classes for 2021 will be on - Monday 18th January 2021 (this includes Zoom and outdoor Bootcamp) Wait for it.... The BEST news is.. you can still get your Fitness Workout in as I will be pre-recording a Zoom ‘Summer Holiday Workout Package’ For $20 a week you will get the following Zoom Recordings to keep you going over the Christmas & New Year period and still be able to see me! 30min Total Body HIIT Burn 30min Cardio Blast 20min Booty Band Burner 15min Ab Blast 10min Stretch, Relax & Unwind These workouts will be changed weekly so you will have 4 weeks of FUN and variety!!

So.. no Outdoor Ladies Fitness Classes.. ... All classes are on Zoom at; 6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am & 9.30am For all those who cant make the Zoom Classes your goal tomorrow is; 30min walk 2 x sets of 30 x squats 2 x sets of 30 x lunges on each leg 2 x sets of 30 x push ups 2 x sets of 20 x crunches See you tomorrow online or next Monday at the park!
