25.01.2022 What's an interesting dining experience? It can be something as simple as having the ingredients of your meal shown and explained to you, then prepared and served to you straight from the mixing bowl love it!
25.01.2022 Whoever said that "spring has sprung" lied it's still bloody cold! That's alright though, the weather gave me the perfect reason to indulge in this Sukinabe : a delicious sukiyaki hotpot with thinly sliced beef, tofu, udon and veggies me belly warm now *rubs*

14.01.2022 Its literally been a year since I heard about them, twelve months of "yeah Ill go try it this weekend", I finally got to it. Knafeh: a Levantine cheese pastry soaked in sweet sugarbased syrup. Not only is the dessert sweet as, but boy do the bearded bakers know how to put on a show! They seem to enjoy themselves so much that it makes you want to jump into their shipping container and start dancing with them What an inspiring experience! Thank you #beardedbakers
13.01.2022 Woke up still thinking about last night's dinner Hello Kitty Diner Australia. Special shout out to the Gee Gee burger <3 it's meant to be kim chi but tasted like sweet chilli chicken, probably my second favourite of the night closely after the sweet potato fries with miso mayo. We also tried the Classic and Maple burgers and Southern Fried Chicken waffle. Really love how the diner theme is not only in the restaurant design, but also present throughout the menu with a special Japanese touch to reflect the origin of Hello Kitty itself. It's really quite an achievement to be able to present Hello Kitty with all its cuteness without being overly feminine - I actually saw a few purely male groups coming in to dine! 12.01.2022 Fathers Day Hiking and Lunch! We walked the Two Creeks Track in Lindfield, a relatively easy trek with mainly flat paths (the section we did anyway, hehe!), still an enjoyable walk despite the rain. We then rewarded ourselves with a three course lunch at Echo on the Marina a fantastic spot by the water to celebrate the day.
11.01.2022 LOTUS DINING - the latest restaurant to open at The Galeries Victoria serving up Chinese dishes with mild western influences. Verdict? Great tasting food, portion size was just right for me but may not be enough for everyone. Great for group dining with dishes to share. Beautiful and simple interiors create a relaxing atmosphere, making it a great spot for occasions with an intimate group or just as a couple.

07.01.2022 Created my own omelette at @thegardens_wynyard as recommended by @vipenguin - YUMMMM! I had it with the botton mushrooms, spinach and corn. Id just like to point out that the corn is all clustered in flat blocks, which goes to show that its fresh from the cob and its none of that canned or frozen bs. The freshness shows in the taste too, I love it!!!

04.01.2022 I love the way Chinese people make mud crabs with ginger and shallots it's probably my favourite way to eat crabs. The noodles are always so tasty as well after absorbing all the crab flavour . Also love how their only attempt at making dishes look more presentable is by adding a flower To all the cafes and restaurants putting flowers in their dishes these days - the Chinese did it first #proud
