20.01.2022 From the design phase to the construction of your home or extension/renovation can take sometime. There could be some hurdles to overcome during the design process like design limitations/constraints, budget or even finding the right builder. This particular home extension took 12 months to get to Certification. In the next few weeks we will get Building Approval and after that construction can begin. 19.01.2022 Back in 2018 I collaborated with local builder Troy Proctor Constructions to design this new family home in Moorina. One of the clients main request was to maximise the views of their massive 52270m block. This particular home I am working on is in Linville (approx. 90km West from Caboolture). When you get a chance, get in the car and travel to Linville. You won't be disappointed.
