23.01.2022 interesting customer in Liverpool today. They had a duck and it had the run of the house. Turns out it also had lice, which it used to infest the house. Turns out every one is scratching the house was full of bird lice and the pet duck finished up in the oven.

03.01.2022 I spoke with the client today as a follow up re the bed bugs at Redfern. He told me that they appear to have all died as he has not had a bite for about three days. Sounds like a complete kill. Give it another week or two for any eggs to hatch out, but any new nymphs' should be killed crossing the treated barrier same as their parents were.
