01.01.2022 Many years ago while running a Not-for-Profit organisation teaching women to set up a small business, I guided hundreds of participants through the process of w...riting a business plan - not always enthusiastically. They can have a bad reputation as long winded, useless documents, especially for those who run a mile from an excel spreadsheet. But they don't have to be any of those things. In my experience, the advantages far outweigh any reasons why not! And for those who really can't, I write them for you.
