Our brand new function space needs some fresh minded individuals to bring smiles to the team and our great customers during their events here on site! The role will include:... - Manage & Liaise with Function Enquiries. - Liaise with clients to assist with all aspects of their onsite event - Communication with staff to ensure all requirements for the function & event are met - Complete Function Run Sheets & Deliver to Stakeholders. - Support Event Execution. - Manage All Tours, Tastings & Group Bookings. - Office Administration duties. - Support Marketing & Events Manager & Community & Content Manager as required. - Required to work weekends & evening shifts with normal working week Tuesday to Saturday.
