16.01.2022 What cat will win this weekend? Today our staff joined in the finals spirt and donned their favourite footy team colours. Whilst wearing their favourite colours, the team also made cash donations that will go towards purchasing board games for local organisation Home Base. Home Base provides youth with life skills and gives them a local safe place that allows them to develop through the engagement of activities and meeting new people. 12.01.2022 We are proud to support The Pink Ball - Mildura and Sunraysia Cancer Resources. Whilst Covid restrictions have postponed the Pink Ball for this year, it is important that organisations like us continue to support the local community and contribute to critical services, like Sunraysia Cancer Resources (SCR). SCR provides information, support and practical assistance to people diagnosed with cancer and their families/carers. They provide a comprehensive collection of written i...nformation about all types of cancer, as well as information and advice about local and out of the area service and support options. Members are continuing to see the value of being part of a not for profit health fund. We exist for the benefit of our members, not shareholders.

09.01.2022 We are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. These affect only members who are using HICAPS to claim for natural therapies, such as remedial massage. Our team are working hard to rectify this issue as soon as possible. If you are unable to claim at your provider as a result of this issue, please email your receipt of payment to [email protected] or visit on of our branches. We will process your claim within 48 hours.... We apologise to members inconvenienced by this issue.
