18.01.2022 Meet April, one of our community team members. April coordinates the hamper collections with the relevant agency every fortnight, and is one busy lady. Currently we are supporting families who are relocated into emergency housing/accommodation due to family violence. These sons and daughters of God need our help and as a Church community, we are called to love and help those in need. Our team are so grateful to everyone who is able to help by donating food, toiletries and goods. You are making a difference in people's lives. Thank you so much, and thank you April for your dedication. If you'd like to know more please private message us and we will contact you. April has a short message of gratitude to you all. Thank you again for your support. Praise God from whom all blessings flow

15.01.2022 CUPPA WITH THE PASTOR UPDATE. As you all know, Pr Mladen is currently overseas - so this week it will be "Cuppa with friends and thinking of the Pastor!". As rain is predicted for tomorrow, we have two (2) choices. 1. Rug up and still meet in the Park at 10am (why not - wear a warm jacket and a beanie!)... 2. Make our own cuppa at home and join a Zoom meeting We are waiting to see what tomorrow brings, so please contact Len Knott by Facebook messenger or phone/text him on 0418 335 403 to find out the final arrangements. If zoom goes ahead - the meeting ID is 944 8776 2809.

14.01.2022 Have you remembered daylight savings? Hope you turned your clocks forward an hour! Have a great week everyone

13.01.2022 Hi everyone, the Church Hall will be open again this Sunday 4 October from 11am - 12 noon for hamper donations. All donations are gratefully received. This week we are a little short on bags of rice, tinned spaghetti/ baked beans, Weet Bix, dry biscuits, pasta, dishwashing detergent and tea towels. Any help is appreciated, but we do understand that it is a tough time for a lot of people. Thank you for all your support - hampers are given out each fortnight to families in emergency accommodation due to family violence.

11.01.2022 Jesus said we are the light of the world. In Matthew 5:16 We are told to "....let your light shine before others; that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven". Has your light dimmed a little lately? I confess mine has. My prayer for us all today is that we turn to God, that we trust Him, that we lean on Him, we open our Bibles and get to know Him better. Remember the song " This little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine, this little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine". Let's shine our lights this week and sing that song in our hearts. Don't hide it - share it!

10.01.2022 Cuppa together is via Zoom today! The weather is a bit cold and rainy but don't let that stop you from catching up with your friends. Stay warm, heat up that kettle and join your friends online. Hopefully next week the weather is a bit sunnier! Have a great day everyone.

07.01.2022 Don't miss out on joining Sandra and her friends for Friday night sing along. You will be so blessed! I love Friday nights singalong. #ipswichsdachurch

03.01.2022 Hi everyone, we have had a request for an unleavened bread recipe. This recipe comes from Beryl Piez and it was handed down by her own Grandmother. A family treasure

03.01.2022 Have you had a tough day by any chance? May we all feel God's joy and peace as we navigate this crazy world.
