12.10.2021 It is GOAL setting time for me every year in December I take stock/review the year that had been and start planning out Goals for the coming year. It is something I recommend everyone should do.think about what has been the biggest blessing of 2021, what you have achieved, what lessons you learnt and what you perhaps could have done differently. Next start writing out what you want to achieve for the coming year and the steps/resources/skills you need to achieve this. I ha...ve been doing this regularly since 2015 and I have to say there is a BIG difference in my life since. In the photo attached so you will see in 2015 I was - *working in a corporate job that took over my life and took me away from family. *constantly worried about money *ridiculously unhealthy and overweight *stressed to the point I had a complete nervous breakdown and suffered corporate burnout *living the life I ‘thought I had to’ In 2021 - *work when I want to work and in something I am passionate about *financially free *26 kilos lighter and healthier than ever *do not allow stress to affect me I refuse to let that monster take over my life again *living my dream life If you have read this post to the end thank you for doing so now go out and create your own destiny #goals #happiness #createyourownhappiness
