I feel as though in the world we witness today, our quest to accept and to give love, is more ...important than ever! I spent years immersed in the horrors of the world around us- riddled with pain and guilt by the fortunate life that I lead- as though if I could remain in the fear and suffering, it would somehow help the world. So how exactly DO we help to heal this beautiful planet, and her inhabitants? I am not exactly sure, but I know that my place of power and my truth is LOVE. And so I declare 2019 to be a year of more love- of expressing our joy and our peace- because it really seems as though this is THE most powerful thing that we can do. I encourage you to see where you can be more loving in your life (hint: It is probably with YOURSELF). How can you nourish your body, your mind, your soul, your relationships? 07.01.2022 This time of year is perfect for reflection- what has gone well for you, what could be improved, and how do you see next year? I am experiencing epic shifts and change at the moment, which began a few weeks ago when I attended a retreat with Brad Yates (EFT Tapping Master) and Jessie Reimers (Health and Essential Oil advocate, and Inspiring Being), and was accelerated when I journeyed in ceremony with Melissa Harrison (Personalised Retreats at Mel's Soul Haven). The change i...s palpable. It is inside me, outside of me, in my heart and my being. So I am away this weekend for some rest and relaxation. For me this includes journaling and contemplation (near water) clean light foods, herbal medicines and teas, tears and laughter. It is the beginning of a new relationship, a passionate love affair, with myself! A chance to truly listen to and honour my heart, above obligation, the need to please others, and the worries of the world. I am giving myself permission to stop and be tender, and nurture myself with what I really need- and more importantly- to give myself that love that I know that I am worthy of!
