24.01.2022 Our season of night bowls came to a close last night. Photo finish with the I.G.A and the salt and pepper gang finishing up being tied. We decided the fairest thing to do, was send them off with a carton of beer for all 8 players. Well done to both teams.... Every Thursday we have 16 teams of 4 participate, which is incredible!! Everyone enjoys themselves and the games are played in great spirit, and to be honest, there is some bloody good talent on display. We will kick off ...again in February, on Thursday the 4th. A few legends that I need to mention are Patsy Baillie, Nev Fitzgerald, Tamisha Stevens, Vickie Linwood, DeWayne Gibbs, Lane Parsons and all of the champions that help around the place selling raffle tickets, serving the tucker and helping clean up... You know who you are. Thanks heaps to all of you that turn up and play every week, you are a fantastic bunch of people, and we absolutely love having you here. Also a huge thankyou to the wonderful team at Millmerran meats for the awesome meat trays, and meat for the BBQ, great job. On behalf of the men's and ladies bowls clubs, we would like to wish you all the very best for Christmas and new year. Stay safe and stay beautiful. Cheers champions See more

22.01.2022 Tonight will be our last night of raffles and members draw and jackpot pairs for the year trendsetters... Members draw is at 5:30pm for $100, and will be drawn until we have a winner that is here. Jackpot pairs starts at 5pm and finishes at 6:30pm, $5 to play. Raffles are... 2 x breakfast trays, 2 x meat trays, 6pk/wine/port and a mystery pick, where you choose from 6 envelopes to win either a booby prize, $20 cash, $25 fuel from Elborne's, $25 worth of scratchies, $25 voucher from millmerran meats or a huge leg ham which was kindly donated by a couple of our wonderful members who wish to remain anonymous. If the ham is not chosen in the mystery pick, it will be drawn as an extra prize in the raffle. We'd really love to see you at the club tonight for some cold drinks, good tunes and good times... 07.01.2022 Millmerran Rural Yallambee charity bowls day is on this Saturday 26th September. 1st game between 10am and noon. 2nd game between 1:30 and 3:30. Lunch served between noon and 1pm. Monster goose club Raffles. Green fees are $10 and lunch will be available for $10 also. Absolutely anyone can play, and there are plenty of bowls available. If you want to play both games, or just one, that's totally fine. Hope to see you there... Always a great day

05.01.2022 Footy tipping break up today!!! Plenty of hot and cold nibblies throughout the day, and pizzas to be served around 5:45pm tonight. Kicking off around midday. Stay and watch the panthers and storm do battle later tonight. There is no set time for anything, so rock on up whenever it suits you for a game of bowls ( weather permitting ), throw some darts, play some ping pong, and maybe a crack at indoor bowls. Any of the participants who didn't win a cash prize are in a second chance draw to win one of many great raffle prizes up for grabs. So even if you can't make it, you're still in the running to win something. Feel free to bring your partner and kids along with you. Hope to see you down here at some point today, enjoy the footy...
