25.01.2022 Message from BDCA... With the rapidly developing COVID situation on the Northern Beaches and with recommendations from CricketNSW the executive have made the decision to cancel all games tomorrow.

24.01.2022 Trials for The BDCA Youth Trials will be held on the 28th and 30th of August at Bankstown Oval Indoor Centre. Everyone needs to Register to Trial. The link to ...Register https://form.jotform.com/202272359363051 You must have played for a BDCA Junior team last year or moved into the BDCA area to qualify to trial as per Cricket NSW Youth Championship Policy. The reason for the 2 days is if you can't make both days and can make one that is okay. Parents will not be permitted near the players while they are trialing but are welcome to sit in the Bankstown Oval Grandstand.

Under 13: 8am start - ... 8am start Team 1 bats 25 Overs Maximum First Innings cannot go past the end of the over in progress at 9.30am (90 minutes) If 25 overs are not all bowled by the 9.30am cut off the and the team batting first is still batting the team batting 2nd will only receive the same amount which they bowled. 10 Minute Changeover. Team 2 bats. 2nd Innings cannot go past the end of the over in progress at 11.20am Both teams must receive minimum 20 overs each to constitute a game which will revert to run rates if necessary for a result. Under 14-16s are playing Day One of a 2 day game. Under 14, 15 and 16: 8am start. The finish time for this Saturday is complete the end of the over in progress at 11am and then its stumps. If the team batting first is still not out or declared the overs they received at 11am will be what the team batting 2nd receives. Just use common sense and lots of fluids. These changes have been made as a Duty of Care
