Designed to promote movement efficiency, through the balance of mobility and stability exercises, our physiotherapist led Pilates could benefit your rehabilitation. Both mat and equipment based programs are offered in our one-on-one, duet or small group (4 people) sessions. Each session runs for 45 minutes and is led by a Pilates trained physiotherapist, who will ensure your program is individualised to suit your musculoskeletal system. Our classes are small, enabling individual guidance for safer practice. With restrictions changing this now includes attending face to face CPD, and this weekends course was run through @physioaustralia by Specialist Sports Physiotherapist @thephysioaccelerator.
